One 2 One Coaching

Coaching is a process where you partner with someone knowledgeable about your chosen profession to help you find solutions and strategies that work for you and the “health” of your business. Just like an Olympic athlete works with a coach to reach their potential, together we’ll establish a plan to help make your business plans and goals a reality.

I'm offering coaching sessions on a limited basis to aspiring wedding planners. Coaching sessions take place either in-person in the Phoenix, Arizona area; or via telephone. As long as you have a phone and 30 minutes per week, coaching can work for you!

Here are just a few things we can work on:

·Review and Critique of Website, Marketing Materials, Program Structure and Service Pricing
·Strategize your Complete Marketing Plan for the next 3, 6 or 9 months
·Implementation Checklist for your Marketing Plan, Business Management and Creating Other Income Streams for your Wedding Business
·Unlimited emails for quick questions on marketing, programs, systems, implementation, and business management

During our coaching time together, we’ll develop answers to these questions and more. More important, we’ll design a strategy to move your business forward, and then work out a step-by-step plan to make sure you accomplish your goals.

You may choose from these two coaching packages:

Three month coaching program

- Initial one-hour planning session to establish your goals and begin designing a plan to reach those goals.
- 11 weekly 30 minute follow-up sessions to reflect on what’s working, obstacles that hinder your progress, and strategies to overcome those obstacles.
- Unlimited email support during the three months

One month laser coaching

- Initial one-hour planning session to establish your goals and begin designing a plan to reach those goals.
- 3 weekly 30 minute follow-up sessions to reflect on what’s working, obstacles that hinder your progress, and strategies to overcome those obstacles.
- Unlimited email support during this month.

You can also hire me to coach you one on one for a flat, hourly rate. Please contact me for details. Once you've completed an initial coaching package, subsequent sessions are available at a 15% discount.
